Is the judiciary planning a coup?

The judiciary as of late have tried to impose themselves on the political scene in Nigeria.They have been countering the legislature's move on constitution amendment and also stamp their stand on the time frame for the elections.Is this part of the new era in politics in Nigeria?In my opinion,this would just lead to more trouble!
