Siasia is the new coach of the Super Eagles,a new team,new set players apart from some old faces.With the AFCON qualifiers intensive,Siasia needed to form a team that would dazzle Nigerians with their attacking style a play,a team that would go for goals and give other teams a run for their money,and it paid of as they improved in terms of scoring goals and always attacking.The players improved individually especially in their clubs as it helped to build their form.
This tide seems to have followed other teams like the U.20,U.23 and the women's national team as they witnessed a surge in performance and results.While we enjoy the good fortune,Nigeria has experienced difficulty in organising high grade friendlies as the NFF has failed in concluding arrangements for friendlies.Apart from the Argentina friendly,high grade friendlies should be organised for the teams.Thank God for the Cameroun friendly Siasia plans to put up for his team.Up Nigeria!
