Who are we to point hands to?

The Group Managing
Director of the Nigerian
National Petroleum
Corporation (NNPC), Mr
Austin Oniwon has
attributed the variation
in the prices of
petroleum across
Nigeria to "additional
challenges" being faced
by those conveying the
products in to the
hinterland.
Answering questions at
a technical session on
the"Future for Nigeria
Exploration and
Prodeuction"
Wednesday, The NNPC
GMD said it is the
responsibility of the
Department of
Petroleum Resources to
ensure the uniform
pricing for the product
across the country.
"And the bridging cost,
of course it is paid so
that we can have
uniform prices all over
the country. However,
we are also dealing with
some Nigerians who
have additional
challenges in getting
these products to the
destination in the
hinterland. But it is the
DPR that has the
responsibility to ensure
that the prices are
maintained at the
pump. But I can assure
you that anywhere in
Nigeria if you visit NNPC
Mega station and
affiliate station, the
price will be the same".
Now who do they want us to blame.Have they gone to all the filling stations around the country before they conclude their useless report?I can assure them that what they are saying has no concrete truth.
